Where does Feastables ship?
Currently, we ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are working hard to bring Feastables to more countries soon!
Are your chocolate bars gluten-free?
Most of our chocolate bars are made with gluten-free ingredients; however, they are processed in facilities that also handle wheat. Please check the specific packaging for allergen warnings.
What should I do if my chocolate arrives melted?
While we use insulated packaging during hot months, heat happens! If your bars arrive melted, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer vegan snack options?
Yes! Our Plant-Based Original and Almond chocolate bars are 100% vegan and dairy-free, made with premium organic cocoa.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
What is your return policy on food items?
